I'm Mariel, and I’ve started over more times than I can count.

New countries. New cities. New careers. New friends. New versions of myself. I’ve pivoted, built businesses, found community, navigated marriage and motherhood with two young kids, and said yes to things most people would call “too difficult” because I knew there was light on the other side!
​
For years, I chased the life I thought I was supposed to want: the titles, the milestones, the achievements. On the outside, everything looked right, but underneath it all, I felt disconnected from myself and my purpose.

The real change began when I stopped chasing “more” and started listening to what I actually wanted and needed. I realized that starting over doesn’t always mean walking away from everything. Sometimes it’s a quiet decision, a subtle shift, a single brave choice to live differently.

I came home to my body. My truth. My power.

From that place, I built a life that finally feels like mine. I no longer perform for approval or stay in places and roles I’ve outgrown just because it’s easier, or because I’m worried about what others might think.
